Acceptable Use Policy

1. What Scout Intent is

Scout Intent, operated by Emiş Ayda Ünaldı, is B2B industrial demand intelligence software. It analyses permitted public business information — company announcements, government and regulatory filings, public procurement registries, industry publications, news and public job postings — and organises it into structured, organization-level demand events: what industrial change is occurring, what it operationally implies, which categories of equipment or services it may create demand for, and roughly when procurement is likely. Results are shown inside your workspace.

2. What Scout Intent is not

Scout Intent does not, and by design cannot:

• send, schedule, automate or facilitate any email, direct message, comment, connection request or other outreach — the product has no messaging capability directed at any third party;
• reveal author identities or profile links, or provide, sell, rent, enrich, append or otherwise make available marketing lists, contact databases, email addresses, phone numbers or other marketing data;
• export contact records, or integrate with outbound-marketing or cold-email tooling;
• operate a marketplace, broker third-party transactions, accept supplier bids or facilitate sales between users;
• access private, restricted or logged-in content without authorization.

Notifications (including Telegram alerts) are delivered only to the customer's own workspace and channel. They are never sent automatically to third parties identified in research results.

3. Prohibited customer conduct

You must not use Scout Intent or its output to:

• conduct unsolicited outbound marketing, spam or bulk messaging, or any activity breaching applicable marketing, privacy or anti-spam law (GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM and equivalents);
• identify people for outreach, or build, enrich, export or resell contact lists or personal-data databases;
• profile, surveil, stalk or target individuals, or process special-category data;
• make decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance or anything with legal or similarly significant effects on a person;
• generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing or infringing content, or attempt to jailbreak, probe or overload the Service.

4. Enforcement

We monitor for abuse and may filter content, restrict features, suspend or terminate workspaces for breach of this policy, without refund where the breach is material. Suspected misuse or infringement can be reported to info@scoutintent.com; we review every report and terminate repeat offenders.
